Coating Systems

For a wide variety of surfaces

REMA TIP TOP coating internationally recognized systems offer optimal corrosion resistance. Through innovative formulations high diffusion resistances and thus a long service life can be achieved. Specifically developed systems can also be used at operating temperatures of over 200 C. The coating systems may be applied to steel and concrete surfaces. Application usually is carried out seamlessly using a special spray technology. Also coatings that cure in a few seconds even in sub-zero temperatures are available.

Glass Flake

The GLASSFLAKE systems, used throughout the world and applied with airless spraying equipment, combine the chemical resistance of trowelled coatings with the simplicity given by spraying. They are based on vinyl ester and epoxy-novolac resins, polyester resins and are either strengthened with C-glass, mineral or graphite flakes.

Acid-proof claddings

Our internally developed acid-proof claddings offer high chemical resistance in addition to protection against thermal and mechanical stresses. Our acid-resistant brick linings are mainly used in pickling plants, sulfuric and phosphoric acid plants, in flue gas cleaning systems and many other areas.
